Refund & Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible caravan and motorhome parts and accessories. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, items must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging. A valid proof of purchase is required.
To request a return, please contact parts@jaycoauckland.co.nz. Our team will review your request within 2 business days. If approved, we will provide return instructions.
Do not return any items without prior approval.

Damages, Shortages, and Incorrect Items
All claims for damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please send your claim to parts@jaycoauckland.co.nz with supporting photos.
It is your responsibility to inspect all deliveries upon arrival. If any damage is visible, refuse delivery or ensure the damage is clearly noted with the courier before signing. Claims made after 48 hours, or without courier confirmation, will not be accepted by us or the carrier.
Non-returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:
  • Electrical or electronic parts
  • Items that have been installed, fitted, used, or modified
  • Items damaged after delivery
  • Items marked as clearance, final sale, or non-returnable at the time of purchase
Any item showing signs of use or installation will not be eligible for return or refund.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or supplied in error. In these cases, a return shipping label will be provided along with instructions.
Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong item, we recommend returning the original item (if eligible) and placing a new order for the correct product.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
