The Enviro Watersaver valve (thermal switching valve) is a smart plumbing device that automatically diverts cold water sitting in your caravan's hot water lines back into your cold tank until the water reaches about 35°C. This stops you from wasting liters of water while waiting for the shower or tap to heat up.
How It Works
Thermal Activation: The brass valve stays closed to the main outlet and routes unheated water backward until the internal mechanism senses hot water at roughly 35°C.
Water Routing: Once warm, the valve flips open to let the hot water through to your shower or sink tap, closing the bypass.
Tank Return: The diverted cold water travels through a return line back into your caravan's cold water tank.
